A Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) is a residential home that offers compassionate inpatient care, including 24-hour skilled nursing, medical supervision, and supportive care. It caters to mentally alert but physically disabled individuals, including those who may be ventilator-dependent, diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses, or severely disabled.
